皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损治疗中的应用

The Application of Skin Flap Repair on Hand Tissue Defect Treatment

目的探讨研究皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损治疗中的应用。方法本院2007年3月至2010年2月间所收治的42例进行皮瓣转移修复的手部组织缺损患者的临床诊治及护理情况进行了回溯式整理与分析总结。结果 42例患者术后38例经皮瓣转移修复获得成功。3例患者存在小部分坏死但在进行了创口换药后基本痊愈;另有1例患者为中指脱套伤断蒂后坏死,所有患者均无临床感染及缺血坏死等并发症。随访结果也较良好。结论对于手部组织缺损的修复方法选择时,必须要兼顾创面覆盖以及手部功能与外观的恢复程度,针对新型皮瓣不断出现的情况下,对各种皮瓣的优缺点进行科学、客观的有效评价,掌握其"最佳适应症",才能有效地使用各种皮瓣修复手术在手部组织缺损治疗中的作用。

Objective To discuss and summarize the clinical application of skin flap repair on hand tissue defect treatment.Methods 42 cases of hand tissue defect patients in hospital from March,2007 to Febuary,2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Their clinical materials have been involved.Results 38 cases were successful after skin flap repair,and 3 cases with partial necrosis but successful after using medicine on trauma.One case was central finger necrosis after cutting off.All cases hasn＇t occurred clinical complications.Conclusion For choosing skin flap repair methods,the trauma-covering and hand function and appearance should be taken as consideration.Many skin flap repair methods should be evaluated scientifically and master the＇best indication＇.Then each skin flap repair method can be effectively used in hand tissue defect treatment.
