摘要
调查分布在湖南和广东两省的274名流水线工人和148名非流水线工人,探讨工作环境和工作压力对流水线工人心理健康的影响。采用工作环境问卷、工作压力问卷、自我和谐量表(SCCS)。结果发现流水线工人在心理健康水平上表现为自我和谐总分显著低于常模(p<0.01);影响流水线工人心理健康的因素有:工作环境上为温度、工作时间、工资计算方式、企业文化和技能培训、排解压力方式;工作压力源上为人际关系、职业发展、组织结构;工作压力反应上为焦虑、抑郁、生理健康。结果提示通过改善民营企业工作环境、降低工作压力,可以有效促进流水线工人心理健康良性发展。
Survey distribution in hunan and guangdong provinces 274 assembly line workers and 148 non-pipeline workers,explore work environment and the work pressure on assembly line worker mental health effects.Adopt working environment questionnaire,working pressure questionnaire,self harmonious scale(SCCS).The results found assembly line worker in mental health level of performance for self harmonious total score significantly lower than the norm(p < 0.01);Influence the factors of assembly line worker psychological health is:Working environment for temperature,working hours,wage calculation method,enterprise culture and skills training,comfort pressure mode;Work stress source for interpersonal relationship,career development,organization structure;Work on the stress response for anxiety,depression,physical health.The results indicated that the private enterprises by improving working environment,reduce work pressure,can promote effectively the assembly line worker mental health benign development.
