摘要
目前初中生的学习焦虑问题日益得到社会、学校及家庭的重视,本文探讨了初中生学习焦虑的定义、外在表现、相关因素和研究现状,最后从主客观两方面提出了应对学习焦虑的策略。
Nowadays the society, school and family paymuch attention to the learning anxiety of the junior high school student. This paper discusses about the definition, outward manifestation, relevant factor and research status of the learning anxiety, at last, the author puts forward several coping strategies in two viewpoints: subjective and objective.
