摘要
介绍了太西煤样的粒度、密度组成情况,采用超声波对煤泥进行不同时间的预处理后,再做浮选试验;试验结果表明,超声波预处理一定时间后,煤泥浮选效果明显改善,继续延长时间,改善效果不太明显;试验分选出了灰分低于1%的超纯煤,最高精煤产率达27.85%。
Introduced is the Taixi coal slime regarding its particulate and density consist;the slime was pre-treated by ultra-sonic wave for different retention time followed by flotation;denoted by experiment that for curtain time of pre-treatment,flotation performance obviously improved,and no more improvement for longer pre-treatment time;ultra-clean concentrate with less than 1% ash was separated at maximum yield of 27.85%.
