陈旧性脊髓损伤患者嗅鞘细胞移植术后的疗效与康复护理

The effect and rehabilitation nursing for old and spinal cord injury victim after transplantation of olfactory ensheathing cells

目的探讨嗅鞘细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤患者的术后疗效及护理。方法回顾性分析200例脊髓损伤患者嗅鞘细胞移植术后的疗效与护理经验。结果除4例完全性脊髓断裂的患者无效外,其余196例患者的观察指标均有不同程度改善,其中8例脊髓损伤患者重新站立。结论做好脊髓损伤患者的心理护理,严密观察病情变化,预防各种并发症的发生,加强康复锻炼,是提高嗅鞘细胞移植术效果的有效措施。

Objective： To investigate the nursing and postoperative effect of old and spinal cord injury victim after transplantation of olfactory ensheathing cells.Methods： Through the retrospective analysis of the nursing and postoperative effect of 200 spinal cord injury patients after transplantation of olfactory ensheathing cells,key points and nursing experience were summarized.Results： The observations suggest that,except 4 cases with complete invalid spinal cord,the indicators of the remaining 196 cases were observed to be improved in varying degrees,including 8 cases of spinal injury patients who were back on their feet.Conclusion： The following methods,such as good psychological care of spinal cord injury patients,close observation of changes in condition,prevention of complications and strengthening the rehabilitation exercises,are the effective measures to improve the effect of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation.
