呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防及综合护理

Prevention and comprehensive nursing care of ventilator-associated pneumonia

目的探讨综合护理在呼吸机相关性肺炎（ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP）防治中的临床疗效。方法对2008年5月-2009年5月急症监护室（EICU）内应用机械通气的183例患者采取综合护理措施,包括加强病室管理,加强呼吸机的管理,加强人工气道的管理,加强基础护理,并与采取综合护理措施前的197例机械通气的患者作为对照进行比较。结果采取综合护理措施后,患者VAP的发生率明显下降,入住EICU的时间缩短。结论采取综合护理措施能减少机械通气患者肺部感染的机会。

Objective： To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing care in the prevention and cure of ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）.Methods： Comprehensive nursing measures,including strengthening management of the ward,the ventilator,the artificial airway and basic nursing were taken for 183 patients who accepted mechanical ventilation in EICU from May 2008 to May 2009.The 183 petients were compared with 197 patients who accepted mechanical ventilation,but did not receive comprehensive nursing before.Results： The incidence of VAP patients decreased obviously and the time of hospitalization in EICU was shorter after taking comprehensive nursing measures.Conclusion： Adopting comprehensive nursing measures can reduce the chance of pulmonary infection in the patients who accept mechanical ventilation.
