曲马多椎管内注射对椎管内麻醉后行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术寒战防治作用

摘要 目的:曲马多椎管内注射对椎管内麻醉后行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术寒战防治作用及用药安全性。方法:通过对本院60例肾结石行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者随机分为2组,每组30例.在硬膜外联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉后,A组使用曲马多椎管内注射治疗,B组使用生理盐水椎管内注射,对比两组寒战的程度、平均动脉压(MAP)的变化。结果:两组在寒战减轻程度相比,曲马多较生理盐水疗效明显(P〈0.05),A组静脉注药后HR和SpO2稍有下降,与B组比较,P〉0.05,差异无统计学差异,两组MAP和RR无明显变化。两组副作用,如恶心、呕吐、头痛等症状无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:曲马多椎管内注射对椎管内麻醉后行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术中寒战防治作用明显,用药安全,临床上建议进一步推广。
