摘要
本文在预测湖南省粮食产量和人口数量的基础上按中方案人口，高投入粮食产量估算了２００５年和２０２０ 年粮食的供需状况，预测了不同投入水平，不同消费水平的人口承载量，并按承载力指数将全省各地市划分为富余、临界两类地区，最后提出协调人地关系和提高人口承载量的对策。
This artical pre-estimate Human Provincial cereals output and population, it estimate the situation of cereal supply and demand in 2005 and 2020 year on the basis of overage population scheme and cereals output of high investment. It pre-estinated the population load capacity in different investment and consumerism. It devided the provincial districts into surplus areas and marginal areas according to the population load capacity index. In the end of the artical it proposed countermeasures to coordinate the relation of man and land, and to increase the population load capacity. This article can provide reference in policy-making of population, agriculture and cereals, and coordinate the relation of man and land in Human Province and such areas in Chinn.
