摘要
交通运输体系是区域社会经济系统的基本构成因素，区域发展直接涉及可持续性运输体系的建设。陕西交通运输体系相对超前于它的社会经济发展水平，但由于因交通系统供给结构与需求结构相脱节，交通有效供给仍处短缺状态。论文从可持续发展理念的内涵出发，提出陕西交通可持续发展的基本准则和建设重点，针对发展中的问题，提出对策与建议。
Transportation system is a fandamental element of region ec-social system. The development of region involves in the establishment of sustainable communication system. The level of transportation is going beyond its ec-social one in the province. But, its supply is still in shortage, for the inbalance between supply and need. This paper urges the definition gives out the principles and mainpoint to the sustainable development of Shannxi transportation. In end, the measure and suggestion is made up, based on the problem.
