摘要
本文总结了数字图书馆背景下的参考咨询服务的功能特点、服务方式,提出了现今的参考咨询服务具有了多样化、个性化及服务对象扩大化的诸多特点,同时提出了通过提高参考咨询员的素质,增强主动服务意识、加强参考咨询服务的责任感、注重参考咨询服务信息源的选择与建设等手段,提升参考咨询服务的质量。
This article summarizes reference service features,service mode under the background of digital library,bring forward reference service today have many characterisitcs including diversification,individuation and clients expansion,also put forward to improve the quality of reference service by raising the reference staff quality,increase awareness of active service,enhance the sense of responsibility,emphasize reference information source selection and methods of construction.
