分层次分组弹性排班管理在神经科的应用与效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨临床护理分层次分组弹性排班管理的方法和效果。方法根据神经科护士的职称、学历、实际工作能力,设置护士长、组长、责任护士3个层次,明确各级人员岗位职责、业绩评价体系。对责任护士进行分层次培训考核及管理,分组弹性排班。对分层次前后的护理质量检查评分、患者及家属、医生对护理工作、护士对自身工作满意度进行对照比较。结果节约了人力资源,提高了护理质量和满意度。结论分层次和分组弹性排班相结合的形式,节约了人力资源,激发了护士主观能动性,充分展示了护士的自身价值,增强了组长的协调能力及管理水平,提高了护理质量及服务对象和护士自身对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the method and efficacy of cilica level devision packet nuring flexible crew rostering management.Methods To set three levels as the head nurse,head nurse and responsibility.According to the professional title,educational background,actual working of neurology nurses clear job responsibilities at all levels,performance evaluation system.Different levels of responsibility nurses were trained assessment and managed,group scheduling flexibility.Compare score of nursing quality examination and patients and family members,doctors and nurses on their job satisfaction before and after the inspection.Results To save resources and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction.Conclusion The different levels combined groups flexible scheduling could save resources,stimulate the nurse initiative,display sufficientiy the their value,enhanced coordination ability and management level of the sectional chief and improve the quality of care and services object and nurses themselves on nursing satisfaction.
