自贡市美沙酮维持治疗效果的影响因素分析

Study on MMT Treatment Effect and It＇s Effective Factors

目的了解美沙酮维持治疗门诊病人治疗效果现状及其影响因素,为今后进一步开展有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法应用统一制定的《服药人员基线调查表》进行一对一问卷调查,同时收集MMT门诊记录中的病人基本资料,采用多元线性回归分析治疗效果的影响因素。结果以首次退出治疗保持天数作为衡量MMT维持治疗效果的指标,婚姻状况、目前治疗剂量及首次退出时的药量为MMT治疗效果的影响因素。结论 MMT门诊应根据每个病人的条件,寻找适当的美沙酮治疗剂量。

Objective Know about MMT treatment effect and it＇s effective factors to provide scientific basis for prevention methods.Methods One to one survey was carried out by table of baseline survey which was prepared for MMT patients and the outpatient information of them was collect.Canonical correlation analysis was used to find out effective factors.Results The 1.marital status,current dose and dose when the first withdraw were the factors that significant when maintenance in the treatment before the first withdraw was consider as the indicator to measure the effect of the treatment.Conclusion MMT outpatient should find out an appropriate dose of methadone treatment for patients according to each patient＇s condition.
