摘要
目的研究烟草提取液对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的遗传毒性效应。方法采用30h给受试物法,用不同浓度烟草提取液灌喂实验小鼠,小鼠处死后检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。其微核率与环磷酰胺阳性对照组以及生理盐水阴性对照组嗜多染红细胞微核率比较其差异性。结果发现不同浓度烟草提取液均可诱导小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞产生微核,其微核率与阳性对照组比较无显著差异,而远高于阴性对照组。结论烟草提取液具有较大的遗传毒性。
Objective The aim of this paper is to study the genetic toxicity effect of tobacco extracting solution on the born marrow polychromatic erythrocyte of mouse.Methods By means of 30 hours of feeding,fed mice with different concentration of tobacco extracting solution.After the mice was killed,measured the frequencies of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes(FMNPCE).Compared its difference of FMNPCE with the cyclophosphamide positive matched group and the normal saline negative matched group.The results showed that the tobacco extracting solution at different concentration could induce the polychromatic erythrocyte of mouse to produce micronucleus.Results There were no notable differences of FMNPCE compared with the positive matched group,but more than the negative matched group.Conclusion It can be concluded that the tobacco extracting solution opessess bigger genetic toxicity.
