浅析“年轻”医院如何构建合理的人才培养机制——以苏州大学附属第二医院为例

摘要 人力资源是医院发展的根本动力。文章以医院人才的重要性为切入点,结合自身实际,从合理的人才规划、医德医风建设、学术骨干和学术带头人的培养的等方面着手详细阐述了医院人才培养机制建立的前提、保证、途径等,以期为医院人才培养提供切实可行的方案。 Human resources are the fundamental driving force for the development of the hospital. The article take the importance of hospital human resource as the starting point, with its own reality, begin with reasonable human resource planning, medical ethics, academic backbone and academic leaders" training etc. Expound the premises , guarantee , ways for the human resource training system to established in the hospital, and hope give some effective advise.
