不孕患者精浆锌浓度检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测精浆锌浓度,分析其与不育症的关系,为不育症的临床判断提供参考。方法采用改良PAR比色法检测200例弱精症患者和88例健康体检者精浆锌的浓度,用t检验对检验结果统计学分析。结果健康体检者精浆浓度为。2186±0267mmol)L,弱精患者精浆锌浓度为1.410±0.172mmol)L.统计学分析结果表明:t=25.86。p〈0.01.结论健康体检者精浆锌浓度水平明显高于弱精患者精浆锌浓度水平。检测精浆锌浓度对不育症判断有临床指导意义。
