老年患者术中低体温的相关因素、危害及其对策

Related Factors Harm and Countermeasures of Intraoperative Hypothermia in Olderly Patients

目的探讨老年患者术中低体温的相关因素、危害及其对策。方法选择我院2008年1月-2010年12月在手术室行气管全麻插管加椎管内麻醉共188例，年龄在60-95岁，手术中发生低体温患者共92例（占总人数48．91％），其中男性49例，女性43例。结果发生低体温达到了48．91％，与男女性别无关，与手术种类无关。结论手术室护士不可忽略老年患者术中低体温的发生，应采取必要的应对措施。

Objective To Discussion the related factors harm and countermeasures of intraoperative hypothermia in olderly patients. Methods 188 cases under combined general and intrathecal anesthesia in January, 2008- December, 2009. the age from 60 to 95 years old. 92 patients undergoing intraoperative hypothermia （48.91%）. Male 49 examples and female 43 examples.Results 92 patients undergoing intraoperative Hypothermia （48.91%）,had nothing to do with the sex, had nothing to do with the surgery category. Conclusions Operating room nurse in the technique cannot neglect of intraoperative hypothermia occurrence in the olderly patients, should take the essential counter measures.
