可吸收张力带生物学固定治疗老年髌骨骨折的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨利用可吸收张力带生物学固定治疗老年髌骨骨折的应用研究。方法本组老年患者36例,平均71岁。采用PDSⅡ结合可吸收螺钉(他喜龙TAKIRON,聚左旋丙交酯(FIXSORB)全螺纹钉)张力带治疗髌骨骨折。结果本组随访6个月-24个月,按陆裕朴㈨关节功能评定法:优28例,良6例,可2例。疗效均满意。结论利用可吸收张力带生物学固定治疗老年髌骨骨折符合内固定BO理论,遵循了生物学固定的原则即BO,生物的合理的接骨观点。 Objective To explore aged patellar fracture with absorbable PDS Ⅱ and absorbable FIXSORB biomechanieal characteristics. Methods There are 36 aged patients in this study group, average age 71. aged patellar fracture was treated with absorbable PDS Ⅱ and absorbable FIXSORB tension band. Results Thirty-six aged patients were followed up for 6-24 months, excellence in 28, and good in 6, fair in 2.curative approbation. Conclusions Treating aged patellar fracture with biodegradable tension band absorbable has better biomeehanieal characteristic, which is agreeable, the point of biological osteosynthesis i.e. bio-logical osteosynthesis.
