产后大出血原因分析及治疗的研究体会

Causes and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Experience

目的分析并总结妇产科大出血的有效治疗措施。方法对我院妇产科2009年1月－2011年1月收治的60例产后大出血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果本组60例产后出血采用宫腔纱条填塞术均成功止血。均未发生再出血现象，无纱条感染征象。2例术后体温曾超过38．5Y：，经加强抗炎治疗后恢复正常，术后4－5d复查血象白细胞正常。产妇平均住院天数为10d。结论我们在进行积极止血治疗的同时，必须做好宣传工作及对各产程进行严密观察和规范操作，从根本上减少产后大出血的发生率。

Objective To analyze and summarize the effective treatment of obstetric and gynecological bleeding measures. Method Of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were treated 60 clinical cases of postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage by uterine bleeding gauze surgery were successful. Bleeding did not occur again, no signs of infection in gauze. 2 patients had postoperative body temperature than 38.5~C, the enhmaced anti-inflammatory treatment returned to normal after 4-5d review of blood leukocytes to normal. The average hospital stay was maternal 10d. Conclusion We actively bleeding during treatment, we must do a good job of publicity and on the strict observation of the birth process and standardize operations, radically reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
