幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的临床实验室检测方法按是否需做胃镜检查分为侵入性和非侵入性两种方法。侵入性方法主要有胃粘膜直接涂片革兰染色镜检、胃粘膜组织切片染色镜检、HP培养、快速尿素酶等；而非侵入性方法主要包括^13C或^34C尿素呼气试验、血清学抗体检测等，如今分子生物学方法也取得了一定的进展。

The detection assays of HP infection include invasive and non-invasive detection assays. Invasive detection assays include gastric direct smear Gram staining,gastric mucose biopsy staining, HP culture, rapid urease test; and non-invasive detection methods include ^13C or ^14C urea urea breathing test,HP antibody test,and now molecular biology methods have also made some progress in detections of HP.
