黑熊-牛异种重构胚最佳供体的研究

摘要 选用不同代数的黑熊成纤维细胞(3~6、7~9、10~12代)构建异种重构胚,筛选出最佳供体细胞代数,根据卵裂率、多细胞胚发育率、囊胚率评价黑熊成纤维细胞质量。结果表明,7~9代组与3~6代组、10~12代组卵裂率、多细胞胚发育率差异显著,3~6代组和10~12代组差异不显著,3组囊胚率差异均不显著。说明7~9代黑熊成纤维细胞为最佳供体细胞代数,且异种重构胚发育率最高。
