手足口病的门诊护理体会

Hand and foot stomatopathy outpatient service nursing experience

目的：探讨护理干预对手足口病病情恢复的临床疗效，总结手足口病门诊护理体会。方法：对我院门诊就诊的120例手足口病患儿密切观察病情、进行心理、皮肤、口腔有效护理、预防交叉感染、做好健康教育等针对性护理措施。结果：通过医护人员的对症治疗、精心护理，120例患儿全部治愈，无临床死亡及并发症。结论：医护人员加强手足口病患儿的病情观察，采取积极有效的护理措施，可以使家长消除恐惧心理，患儿病情迅速稳定，有效预防并发症的发生，提高治愈率。

Objective：To investigate the nursing intervention on the foot and mouth disease in cIinical recovery, summary HFMD patient care experience. Methods： 120 cases of hospital outpatient child patients with H FMD close observation,psychological, skin, oral and effective care, prevention of cross infection, good health care and education and other targeted measures. Results： The .symptomatic medical treatment,intensive care, 120 patients were cured,deaths and no clinical complications. Conclusion： Health care workersto streflgthen the condition of child patients with HFMD observation,take positive and effective care measures, can enable parents to eliminate fear,rapid stabilization of children with the disease, prevent complications and improve cure rate.
