人性化护理在妇产科手术护理中的应用

所谓人性化护理，就是在以人为本的基础之上，理解人、满足人、尊重人，发挥人的主动性、积极性来提高医院的护理水平。其基本特征是关注人的需求和情感。产科作为一个有特色的科室，其患者是特殊的人群，是健康的同时又是需要特殊护理与照顾的人，更为重要的是其关系到两个生命的安危。因此，为了适应社会发展的需要，同时顾及到多层次的高级整体护理模式的需求，我科开展进行了一系列的人性化的护理。

The so-- called human care, is to understand person, meet people, respect people on a people-- oriented basis, by giving play to people＇s initiative and enthusiasm to improve hospital nursing level. Its basic characteristics are of concern the needs and feelings. Maternity as a distinctive department,its patient is special crowd,is the healthy and at the same time,need special care,more important it is concerned about the relationship between the two life safety. Therefore,in order to meet the demand of social development,we develop a series of humanistic care to take the multi--level holistic nursing care model of senior demand at the same time.
