中药塌渍治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤肿胀的疗效观察

目的：总结中药塌渍治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤早期肿胀的疗效。方法：将我科收治的112例急性闭合性软组织损伤患者随机分为实验组58例与观察组54例。实验组采用中药塌渍治疗，对照组采用冷湿敷治疗。结果：实验组有效率为84．5％，两组急性闭合性软组织损伤治疗肿胀的有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中药塌渍治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤肿胀优于一般冷湿敷，值得临床推广应用。
