锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆骨折26例疗效观察

目的：探讨锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：将我院于2008年2月至2009年12月收治的46例老年股骨粗隆的患者随机分为观察组26例和对照组20倒，观察组采用锁定加压钢板治疗，对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗，比较两纽患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者的骨折愈合时间无显著性差异，P〉0．05。观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分、术中出血量、手术时间及并发症发生率显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折更符合生物力学的特点，是治疗粗隆间骨折的较好方法。
