Therapeutic Analysis on Internal Fixation with Screw for Lisfranc Injuries

目的：探计lisfranc关节损伤的螺钉内固定治疗及疗效。方法：回顾性分析2005年7月-2010年6月采用螺钉内固定治疗的27例lisfranc关节损伤患者，按Myerson分类：中间柱损伤14例，内侧、中间柱同时损伤7例，内侧、q-问、外侧柱三柱损伤6例。结果：随访6个月～3年，根据Maryland足部功能（MFS）评分评估疗效，优10例（37．0％），良13例（48．1％），可3例（11．1％），劣1例（3．7％），总体优良率为85．2％。结论：使用螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤，效果良好。

Objective： To analyze the internal fixation with screw and its effect of lisfranc injuries. Methods： 27 cases of lisfranc injuries treated with screw fixation were reviewed from July 2005 to June 2010.14 cases of middle column injury,7 cases of inside--middle column injury,6 cases of three --column injury according to Myerson＇s classification. Results：All patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. According to Maryland＇s foot score,in all cases,excellent result was aclaieved in 10 cases（37.0%） ,good in 13 cases（48.1%） ,fair in 3 cases（11.1%）and poor in 1 cases（3.7%）. The excellent and good rate was 85.2%. Conclusion：Operative treatment with screw fixation to Lisfranc injuries can achieved good clinical results.
