后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术手术配合的体会

目的:总结后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术手术配合的经验,讨论手术体位摆放及手术配合要点。方法:回顾分析143例经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床资料。结果:143例手术全部成功。手术时间18-70min,平均45min;术中出血量5-30ml,平均15ml;术后住院时间4-8天,平均6.2天。围术期无并发症。96例术后获随访3～12个月,单纯性肾囊肿患者术后囊肿无复发。结论:后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿创伤小、康复快、安全有效。

Objective ： To summarize the experience of the laparoseopic renal cyst decompression surgery, to discuss the cooperation with the surgery and surgery with the points placed in position. Methods： Retrospective analysis of information about 143 patients with retroperitoneal laparo- seopie renal cyst deeorticatlon in the treatment of renal cysts. Results： All of the 143 operations are successful. The operation time is 18 -70min, an average of 45min; blood loss is 5 - 30ml, an average of 15ml; postoperative hospital staying is 4 - 8 days, mean 6.2 days.No perioperative complications. 96 cases are followed up from 3 to 12 months, patients with simple renal cysts cyst have no recurrence. Conclusions： The laparoseopie renal cyst deeortieation in the treatment of renal cysts trauma is rapid recovery, safe and effective.
