摘要
目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)的神经电生理特点。方法对80例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者进行神经传导和皮肤交感反应、F波及常规肌电图检测,记录分析其检测参数。结果 80例T2DM患者中,神经传导检测(NCS)异常57例(71%),皮肤交感神经(SSR)异常26例(32%),F波异常15例(19%),检测21例常规肌电图(EMG)均异常,神经电生理总异常率65例(81%);而伴周围神经受累者50例(63%)。结论神经电生理检测对DPN的早期诊断有重要意义,指导其早发现、早治疗、早预防,控制T2DM的并发症持续发展。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological features of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Nerve conductions,sympathetic skin responses(SSR),F waves and electromyograms(EMGs) were studied in 80 type-2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM) patients with or without peripheral neuropathy.Results In all 80 patients,nerve conduction studies(NCS) abnormal were 57(71%) cases.SSR abnormal were 26(32%) cases.F waves abnormal were 15(19%) cases.EMGs abnormal were 21 patients.The electrophysiological results abnormal were 65(81%) patients,while peripheral neuropathy occurred in 50(63%) patients.Conclusions Electrophysiological studies play an important role in the early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of DPN,which will help to control the complications of T2DM.
