硫酸软骨素片含盐酸氨基葡萄糖量的测定

Determination of glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate in tablets

建立硫酸软骨素片含盐酸氨基葡萄糖量测定方法.采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.68%醋酸钠缓冲溶液-甲醇(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长340 nm.盐酸氨基葡萄糖在100～2 000μg/mL的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为103.2%(RSD=1.47%).该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于盐酸氨基葡萄糖硫酸软骨素片的质量控制.

To establish the determination method of glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin in tablets by HPLC. HPLC was adopted with Cl8 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.68% acetic acid buffermethanol（80： 20）. AUV -detector at 340 nm was used. The linear range of glucosamine hydroehloride was 100 -2 000 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 103.2% ,RSD = 1.47%. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of this tablets.
