摘要
阐述了医学科技查新的基本概念、意义及作用,并依据不同类型查新的目的及特点,通过国内外文献调研、与查新人员进行电话咨询及面对面沟通交流等方式,分析了不同类型医学科技查新过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
The basic concept, significance and role of novelty assessment of medical achievements were discussed. The problems in novelty assessment of different medical achievements were analyzed by reviewing its related domestic and foreign literature and communicating via telephone or face to face with novelty assessment staff according to their aim and characteristics. Certain countermeasures for them were put forward.
