分期换药配合短波紫外线照射对肛周脓肿术后患儿伤口愈合的影响

目的探讨分期换药配合短波紫外线照射对患儿肛周脓肿切开引流术后伤口愈合的影响。方法选择2007年4月-2009年12月本院收治的81例肛周脓肿患儿,随机分为观察组41例和对照组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用术后分期换药配合短波紫外线照射治疗。比较两组患儿的伤口愈合时间及疗效。结果观察组患儿伤口愈合时间短于对照组、治疗有效率高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论肛周脓肿切开引流术后分期换药配合短波紫外线照射治疗能有效缩短伤口愈合时间,提高治疗效果,保证手术成功。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of ultraviolet irradiation combined with dress changing on a staging basis on wound healing after perianal abscess incision drainage in young children.Methods Eighty-one children with Perianal abscess,admitted to our hospital from April,2007 to December,2009,were randomly divided into 2 groups：the control group（41 cases）,and the observation group（40 cases）.The Patients in the control group adopted usual care,and the patients in the observation group adopted ultraviolet irradiation combined with dress changing on a staging basis.Wound healing time and degrees of wound healing were compared between the two groups.Result Wound healing time and wound healing rate in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusions The stage dressing and ultraviolet irradiation could shorten the healing time and improve the success rate of surgery after perianal abscess incision drainage.
