腹腔镜下胆囊联合阑尾切除术患者的术后护理

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊联合阑尾切除术患者的术后护理体会。方法回顾性分析2006年9月-2010年2月本院30例在腹腔镜下实施胆囊联合阑尾切除术后患者的临床资料,并总结护理要点。结果 30例患者均成功在腹腔镜下实施胆囊联合阑尾切除术,手术时间45-140min,平均(65.0±33.0)min;住院时间4-7d,平均(5.2±2.1)d;手术成功率100.0%,无1例出现并发症。结论腹腔镜下胆囊联合阑尾切除术后做好疼痛护理,呼吸系统护理及戳孔的护理,及早发现腹腔内出血及胆瘘、阑尾残端瘘等并发症,并及时予以处理,其是手术成功的保证。

Objective To discuss the care experience for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy.Method The retrospective data of 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy in our hospital from September 2006 to February 2010 were analyzed and post-operative care experience was also summarized.Results The laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy were successfully performed in 30 patients.The range of operation time ranged from 45 to 140 mins（average 65.0 ± 33.0 mins）.All patients were discharged after operation for 4-7 days（average 5 d）.There was no postoperative complication in 30 patients.Conclusion The postoperative care for pain,respiratory system,wound,bleeding,early detection of bile leakage and appendicle stump leakage,and prompt treatment are the key points to ensure successful operation.
