非插入式结肠水疗法治疗脑卒中患者便秘的效果观察及护理

Effect of non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy on constipation in post-stroke patients

目的探讨应用非插入式结肠水疗法治疗脑卒中患者便秘的效果,并总结护理要点。方法对本科室收治的152例脑卒中便秘患者采用非插入式结肠水疗法通便治疗,并给予针对性护理。观察治疗效果。结果首次通便有效147例,有效率为96.7%;经过25d治疗,治愈48例(31.6%),好转77例(50.6%),无效27例(17.8%),治疗总有效率为82.2%。结论应用非插入式结肠水疗法能有效解除脑卒中患者便秘症状,治疗过程安全舒适,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy in treating patients with constipation after stroke and to summarize the nursing points.Methods A total of 152 post-stroke patients with constipation were treated by non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy treatment,and a full range of psychological care was provided.The treatment effectiveness was observed.Results The first time laxative effective was 96.7%（147/152）.Forty-eight patients（31.6%） were cured 77 patients（50.6%） were improved,and there was no improvement in 27 patients（17.8%） after 25 days of hydrotherapy treatment,and the total effective rate was 82.2%.Conclusion Non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy and corresponding nursing can effectively treat constipation after stroke and the treatment processes were safe and comfortable,and deserve clinical application.
