摘要
汽年模型制作是汽车设计生产过程中极其重要的一个环节。汽车模型的传统制作方法是制作汽车的油泥模溅,但油泥模型制作技术要求高,花费时间长.笔者团队将测量机的测头替换为电上轴,改装成为五轴数控加工机床来制作汽车模型.并相应开发了专用的CAM仿真软件。经过仿真及实际加工测试证明.这种方法相对于传统的于工制作油泥模型,大大提高了效率、节约了成本,可以实现准确高效的产品开发过程。
Model car making is an extremely important link in cars' design and product process. The traditional method of making car model was making the clay model, but clay model making needs high technical requirements and long time.We replace the probes of the measuring machines with spindles, and converted it into a 5-axis NC machining platform to make car models, and develop the CAM simulation software correspondingly.Compared with the traditional manual product of clay model, it greatly improves the efficiency, saving the cost and realize accurate and efficient product development process.
