摘要
利用硫代巴比土酸(TBA)比色法检测啤酒中乳酸含量尚未见报道。本试验通过对啤酒中添加不同的乳酸标准液进行乳酸含量测定,结果显示,乳酸的回收率为98.87%~109.17%。
Lactic acid chang of pork are determined by TBA agent and spectro photometer, it was rarely used in beer. this experiment examed the lever of latic acid in beer which diferent content of standard latic acid solution was added in, and the results showed that the recoveries are between 98.87%and 109.17%.
