摘要
急诊科做为医院抢救危急重症患者的第一线,是医疗纠纷的高发窗口,医院管理工作中的重要环节。科学合理的制度及配套支持体系的建设,是提高医疗质量,保证医疗安全,防范医疗纠纷风险的关键。本文总结近年来科室自身实践,从加强医院急诊科制度建设和及完善配套支持体系入手,探讨急诊科医疗纠纷的防范管理和医疗质量提高。
As the service frontline of a hospital in rescuing critical patients,the emergency department is a place where incidences of medical disputes occur frequently and therefore it is a key position in the hospital management. The establishment of scientific and rational systems and supporting systems is the core in improving medical service quality,ensuring medical safety and preventing medical disputes.In this paper the author summarized the practice and experience in the emergency department in recent years,discussed how to strengthen the emergency department systems and supporting system management,and studied the risk management of medical disputes in the emergency department.
