摘要
医院筹资管理和分配管理是医院资金管理的主要内容。一方面,医院筹资方式需要转变观念,增强市场意识和经营意识,学会多渠道筹措资金;另一方面,医院要把握医院的资金分配使用方向和具体项目,管好用活医院资金,充分发挥财务管理职能,使有限资金取得最佳的经济和社会效益。
Fund-raising management and allotment management are the main contents of the hospital＇s finance management.On the one hand,the manner of financing needs to be changed,market awareness and business awareness need to be increased,institute of multi-channel financing needs to be set up;On the other hand, the direction and specific projects of the hospitals allotment should be grasped,hospital resources need to be make use of,functions of financial management needs to be brought into play,so benefits of the funds can be achieved.
