介绍了微波处理非氧化物陶瓷的近期进展。非氧化物陶瓷的烧结温度高,并要求非氧化气氛烧结,困难较多;采用微波烧结可以大大缩短烧结时间、降低烧结温度,提高材料性能,成为一种较好的烧结手段。本文重点介绍了微波处理SiC、Si3N4、AlN、Ti(C。
The latest development on microwave processing of non-oxide ceramics was introduced.There are many difficulties in sintering these kinds of ceramics,such as high sintering temperature and non-oxidize atmosphere.It is possible to reduce sintering time and sintering temperature in microwave processing of ceramics materials.This article mainly introduces the progress of microwave processing of SiC,Si 3N 4,AlN,TiC,TiN,and Ti(C,N).
