摘要
目的 探讨临床路径的理论和方法在呼吸科护理实习生临床教学中的应用,并评价其效果.方法 将2009年、2010年两届来我院实习的护理实习生分为两组:即2009年护生为对照组,2010年护生为实验组.对照组实施传统的教学法,实验组实施临床路径教学法,比较两组理论、操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度.结果 两组护理实习生在出科考核成绩(理论、操作)及对带教方法的满意度等方面比较,实验组均优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 将临床路径应用于护理教学中有助于提高临床护理教学质量.
Objective To probe into application of clinical pathway on clinical nursing teaching in respiratory department and evaluate the effect.Methods The two years of 2009 and 2010 graduate intern nurses were divided into two groups: the former as control group and the latter as experimental group. Control group received traditional teaching, while experimental group accepted clinical pathway teaching. Then the theoretical results, operating results and the satisfaction of teaching were compared between two groups.Results The rotation examination results (theory, operation) and the satisfaction of teaching was better in experimental group compared with those in control group (P〈0. 05).Conclusions The clinical pathway applied to nursing teaching may improve clinical nursing teaching quality.
