摘要
对不合格二氧化铅镀层电化学退镀工艺进行了研究,设计出以醋酸和硝酸为主要成份的电解液的电化学退镀工艺,对该工艺的电极反应机理及电解液中各成份的作用进行了分析,该工艺与化学法退镀工艺相比,具有退镀速度快,工件基体腐蚀小等特点。该工艺在引信电源的生产中得到了应用。
The purpose of this paper is to study the electrochemistry technology for removing unqualified Lead dioxide plating .This paper designs the electrochemistry removing plating technology which uses acetum acid and nitric acid (main compositions) as electrolyte and analyzes the electrode reaction mechanism of the technology and the functions of all kinds of compositions in electrolyte.It also compaires it with chemistry removing plating technology.The electrochemistry technology possesses such characteristics as faster removing plating speed and less workpiece corrosion and is applied in the production of the power supply for a fuze in our institute.
