采煤沉陷区的嬗变——唐山南湖生态公园规划建设刍议

Transformation of the Settlement Area of Coal Mining:Discussion on the Planning and Construction of Nanhu Ecological Park,Tangshan City

伴随着国内外的城市复兴,人们对棕地的更新利用开始予以关注。其中,采煤沉陷对矿区及周边生态环境和城市生活带来了不同程度的影响。唐山在推进资源型城市转型过程中,保留并改造那些处于特定地段并具有浓厚历史文化底蕴的采煤沉陷区或其重点部分,将其更新为城市生态公园。对唐山南部采沉区规划建设为南湖生态公园进行了探讨。

Renovation and utilization of brown-field sites in urban regeneration have been attached increasing importance both in China and abroad.Among them,the settlement of coal mining brings adverse effects on the coal mining area,the surrounding ecological environment and urban life in different degrees.The brown-field site or its key parte with strong historical culture located at unusual plots are retained and renovated as an urban ecological park during Tangshan C ty,carrying the conversion of resource-based city forward.The planning and construction of Tangshan Nanhu Ecological Park transformed from southern settlement area of coal mining are also discussed.
