摘要
以深圳大学师范学院教学实验综合楼为例,讨论了华南地区建筑结合气候的设计策略和方法。该建筑的气候适应性设计包括设置贯通的庭院空间以增大透风系数和促进自然通风、组织外立面遮阳和庭院空间以有效控制太阳辐射得热等。通过实测及模拟分析,该建筑的被动式设计在保证物理环境质量的前提下达到良好的节能效果。
This paper gives some opinions about the adaptive strategies and measures of ecological design in south China,illustrated by the new teaching and laboratory building of Normal School of Shenzhen University.The adaptive measures of the building range from connected courtyards which improve the effect of natural ventilation to the facade sunshade system and the shadow inside the courtyards which decreases the solar heat gain.Through testing and simulating the microclimate,the improved physical quality of the built environment as well as energy-saving by such passive design has been proved.
