In the present market economy,the utility as the basic need of subjects is the foundational impetus for the development of economic and urban construction which has the universal and broad side.But excessive utility also make efficiency and benefits as the only measure of effectiveness Evaluation,which has a clear generalization risk of a negative value.Therefore,we should take a holistic and dynamic value vision to promote the balanced development between the benefits and costs,the efficiency and equity,and advocate that architects discuss the effective ways from self-starting to improve the architecture quality under the adverse creation environment such as alienated market competition and partial acceptance view.
