旅游资源缺失型城市的旅游集聚区规划设计——以西峡城市旅游集聚区规划设计为例

Planning and Design of Tourism Agglomeration Areas for Tourism Resource—Poor Urban:Take the Xixia Urban Tourism Agglomeration Area Planning for Example

旅游资源缺失型城市在全国城市中至少占51.3%。通过分析旅游活动中城市所具有的游客集散与信息中心、旅游接待与服务基地、旅游商品生产与销售中心、旅游形象传播重要窗口等4方面功能作用,提出城市旅游集聚区对旅游资源缺失型城市发展城市旅游所具有的强化城市在旅游中的核心地位、利于产业密切交互、利于提高旅游服务质量、利于行业管理、体现空间创新等5方面的优势。最后结合西峡城市旅游集聚区案例,探讨了其解决城市旅游资源缺失的规划设计措施。

There are at least 51.3 % cities lacking tourism resource in the nation.By analyzing the tourist collecting and distributing and information centers,tourist reception and service base,tourist commodity production and sales centers,and dissemination of tourist image important window etc.four aspects of functions that city owns in the tourism activities,this paper proposes that urban tourism agglomeration areas has at least five advantages to promote urban tourism development for the cities a deficiency of tourism resource.The advantages are strengthening the city＇s core position in the tourism,promoting closely interaction between the industry,and helping improve the quality of tourism services,facilitating the industry administration,and reflecting the spatial innovation and so on.Finally,combining with the case of Xixia urban tourism agglomeration area,it explores the urban planning and design measures to address the city＇s absence of tourism resources.
