岩南村“住宅上山”规划模式的探索

Planning Mode Exploration of "Residential Quarter on Mountain Slope" of Yannan Village

随着我国新农村建设进程的不断加快,国家土地政策的收紧,耕地的严格控制,以及城市交通的发展,对新农村建设的时间、空间和布局都提出了更高的要求,有地理条件的村庄选择自然环境优美的山地进行住宅建设,将成为新农村改造的一条重要出路。该文结合工程实例阐述因地制宜、依山就势的"住宅上山"规划模式。规划应尽可能保留山地原貌,巧妙利用地形,减少人工开挖。最终形成自然景观与人文环境的完美结合。

With the fast construction of the new rural,the pressure of national field policy,the strict control of farmland and the development of urban traffic,the requirement for the time,room,arrangement of new rural has been improved.The villages with good geographic conditions choose the mountain slope with beautiful scenery as the places for building residential quarter,and this could be the new way of new rural construction.With the project examples,the author intends to explain the planning mode of ＂residential quarter on mountain slope＂.The plan should reserve the natural beauty of the mountain slope as much as possible,make full use of the topography,and reduce the ex by labors.Thus natural beauty could be perfectly combined with cultivated environment.
