摘要 低丘缓坡地的开发利用已成为浙江省用地发展的新机遇和新课题。现有低丘缓坡工业开发的建设模式主要包括两种,即以改造低丘缓坡地形,增强用地的建设适宜性和利用效率为主导的工业用地适宜型和缓坡地主导型。义乌市在低丘缓坡盘塘地块的规划实践中,探索出一种以生态为主导的"生态嵌入型"新产业园规划模型,这种开发模式在创造较高的产业经济效益的同时,也收到很好的生态效益。 It has become the new opportunity and new topic for the land development of Zhejiang Province to exploit the low mound and gentle slope.There are mainly two existing models for such exploitation,i.e.transforming the low mound and gentle slope for industrial estate,as well as enhancing the suitability and utilization ratio.Yiwu city explored a kind of the new industrial park programming model,which is ecologically embedded,in the programming practice of the low mound and gentle slope.This development mode has already obtained very good ecological benefits and created pretty high industry economic benefits as well.
