高校招生现存问题及对策思考——以高等体育院校为例

由于优质教育资源远远不能满足公民日益增长的教育需求,导致了高考的高利害性,社会关注度很高。高等学校招生制度尚不够完善,容易出现招生腐败现象。要逐步建立科学、公正的人才选拔评价体系,调整高校招生考试评价内容,使之与专业培养目标更加吻合,并做好中学教育与大学人才培养之间的有效衔接;同时,应建立完善的组织机构和工作机制,加强制度建设,建立有效的政府、高校、公民三位一体的监管机制。

High-quality educational resources can not meet the ever-growing educational needs of citizens,which makes College Entrance Examination a high-stake exam and draws a lot of social concerns. The reform and development process of higher education enrollment system is still not perfect,resulting in corruption problems one after another. It needs to gradually establish a scientific and impartial personnel selection and evaluation system, adjust the content of college entrance examination and evaluation to make it more consistent with training objectives of higher education majors, and make effective authenticating between secondary education and higher education. At the same time,it need to establish a sound organizational structure and working mechanism, strengthen the system and establish an effective trinity regulatory mechanism involving government, higher education institutions and civics.
