中药治疗糖尿病的实验研究进展

Development of experimental study on diabetes treatments by Chinese herb medicine

糖尿病是严重危害人类身体健康的一种疾病,中药对于糖尿病的治疗,具有高效、低毒等优势。使用动物模型探讨中药治疗糖尿病的机理对于指导临床用药、糖尿病治疗药物的研发具有重要意义。本文对目前中药治疗糖尿病实验研究所采用的动物模型、中药治疗糖尿病实验研究现状进行综述,为进一步研究中医药治疗糖尿病提供借鉴。但是同时应注意到,实验采用的动物模型均为疾病模型,没有显示出中医证候特征,与中医临床实际有一定差距。

Diabetes has greatly threatened human health,which can be treated by Chinese herb medicine with the advantages of high efficiency and low toxicity.Using animal models to study the mechanisms of Chinese herb medicine in the treatment of diabetes,is important for the research of clinical treatment and new drug development.In this paper,we discussed the animal models used in the experimental researches,and the therapeutic mechanism of diabetes treated by Chinese herb medicine,as a reference for further research.Meanwhile,we should notice that all these models are disease models,which do not possess the syndrome characteristics of Chinese medicine.
