水运港站旅游功能转型的路径和关键问题

Path and key issues of tourism function transition for waterway passenger terminal

为促进水运港站从单一客运功能向旅游复合功能转变,在借鉴国内外典型水运港站复合功能转型及滨水区旅游功能改造经验的基础上,分析水运港站旅游功能转型的方向和基础条件,提出旅游集散中心、旅游房地产开发、创意产业集聚、邮船经济发展、公共景观空间以及港站社区和游憩商业区(Recreation Business District,RBD)等6种发展路径,指出我国水运港站旅游转型需要注意的关键问题.

In order to promote the waterway passenger terminal converting to a tourist complex from the one with single passenger transport function, the tourism function transition direction and basic condition of waterway passenger terminal are analyzed on the basis of drawing on experiences of composite function transition of typical waterway passenger terminal and waterfront tourist function transformation at home and abroad. Six terminal development paths, including tourist distribution center, real estate development, creativity industry agglomeration, cruise economic development, public landscape space, and terminal community and Recreation Business District （RBD）, are put forward, and key issues to note for the function transition of the waterway passenger terminal are pointed out.
