摘要
为确定船舶维修级别,建立船舶维修级别分析评价指标体系和决策模型,并将非经济性指标加入决策模型中.通过专家打分法(德尔菲法)对各非经济性指标进行量化处理并形成理想方案,采用集对分析法(Set-Pair Analysis,SPA)对船舶维修备选方案中各指标和理想方案中各相应指标进行分析,以同一度为标准对各方案进行排序,进而选出最优方案.实例分析表明,该方法可以作为分析船舶维修级别的一种新方法.
To determine the ship repair level, the index system and decision model is established for the assessment of ship repair level, and the non-economic factors are added to the decision model. All the non-economic indices are quantified by Delphi method and thereby an ideal scheme is formed. Each in- dex of every optional scheme and the counterpart of the ideal scheme is analyzed by Set-Pair Analysis （SPA）. Rank order of the schemes is obtained based on the identical degree, and then the best scheme is selected. The case study shows that the proposed method can be a new method for the analysis of ship repair level.
