摘要
为给集装箱坠海事故的原因提供可视化依据,以中国船级社的《钢质海船入级与建造规范》为依据,对舱面集装箱系固系统进行受力分析和强度校核,模拟舱面集装箱在大风浪时坠海的全过程.通过仿真再现一起集装箱坠海事故发生的过程,得出该事故发生的原因.实例说明,该舱面集装箱坠海事故再现仿真系统,可为该类事故的分析和责任划分提供有力的技术支持,同时可为验证和优化积载配载方案提供科学依据.
To provide visual basis for accident cause of containers falling into the sea, based on "Rules and regulations for the construction and classification of sea-going steel ships" of China Classification Society (CCS), force analysis and strength check are done to the securing system of deck containers, and overall process of deck containers falling into the sea is simulated. An accident of containers falling into the sea is reproduced by simulation, and the accident cause is obtained. The example shows that the powerful technical support is provided for accident analysis and duty allocation, meanwhile the scientific basis is provided for checking and optimizing stowage plan by accident reconstruction simulation system of deck containers falling into the sea.
